I can barely answer this question. I like to listen to the progressions of music from one era to another because there's always something that makes the little light bulb in my head flinch. Not one too much more than any other, except a few. I think the early 20th century is the most fascinating because so much changed during that period. My favorite is probably the late 60's and 70's though, because that's when hard rock music flourished. I'm one of those guys who picks out the best music (in my opinion) from each era. Listen to alittle hard rock, then some metal, maybe alittle later some jazz or blues. Sure everyone does this, but it kinda makes a favorite hard to pinpoint.
