very hard alt. pick exercises

i have come across all sorts of crazy alternate picking exercises in dream theaters music and coming up with my own stuff. picking across strings makes playing scales seem like nothing. seriously. if anyone would like a copy of these alternate picking exercises then email me at pyckmanrvs@cs.com
