Nothing new here, a lawsuit was filed in a case against Ozzy Osbourne over a teen who committed suicide and had scribbled the lyrics to Ozzys' Suicide Solution in his suicide note. I believe the courts voted against the victum. I believe similiar lawsuits were filed against Judas Priest, Marilyn Manson, and ac/dc.
