The Neapolitan scale is 1, b2, b3, 4, 5, b6, 7.
*This sounds very familiar, like a spanish variation of harmonic minor, can't place the name of the scale.
Take the Neapolitan 6th chord Dbmaj/F. Start the Db major scale with F
*this would be F phrygian
and you get F, Gb, Ab, Bb, C, Db, E.
*this is not F phrygian
