I am sure this has been covered her before but I have not been able to find it. I bought the years subscription online. The app does not recognize my username and password. Am I missing something or do I just need to contact GT directly?
By the way, I'm a 61 year old beginning and love this!

Hi TIm ,I had the same problem just contact the help desk and they will sort it out for you, remember though depending where in the world you are there is a time difference I am from the UK so the reply came at night . best of luck Chris
