Hi good people, the song "Closing Time" will not be available after September due to licensing.

Unfortunately I have not completed learning this song.

Is there a way to record the lesson(video and audio) with the auto scrolling ?

I don't own any expensive recording software.

 Thanks

Windows 11 has a built in screen recorder Steve. It is located in the "Snipping Tool". I just recorded a short 30 second clip of this song and it captured everything on the screen - audio - your scrolling - whatever is showing on your screen gets recorded.

The snipping tool is in your tray at the bottom right in Windows. Look for the little pair of scissors or search in your search bar if you don't see it.

unfortunately iMac doesn't make it easy. I do use a mac for Garageband, but not much else. While it does have a screen record function, it does not allow for system audio recording unless you install something like "Blackhole".  I have not done this myself so can't speak to it.

But if you can get your hands on a Windows 11 machine or even Chromebook, it is baked in.
