Certain songs only available in app, not on desktop?

I noticed that certain songs, like Seven Nation Army and Barracuda, only appear to be available in the mobile app. I'm unable to track them down when visiting Guitar Tricks in my browser.

Is this a known issue?

wow,
I guess I'll be DLing the GT app then
because I just checked and I can't find ANYTHING from Heart or the White Stripes via my desktop

this inspires the question:
"is that true of other lesson content as well?"

Interestingly I can’t find these songs by searching the song library directly, but if I open the “70s Rock Anthems” collection in the app, I count 27 songs. When I do the same thing in the browser there are 14.

Similarly, the Irresistible Riffs playlist has 10 songs in the app but 5 in the browser.

So from what I’ve seen so far it seems that these extra songs exist in some collections on the app only 🤷

I’ll reach out to support and see if they have any answers.

UPDATE: I emailed support. Hopefully they get back with an answer soon, and ideally a solution

I got a response: those songs actually shouldn’t be available due to licensing agreement issues, so they’re going to be removed from the app!
