Guitar Tricks App Not Working

Yesterday when I tried viewing a lesson for AC/DC, You Shook Me All Night Long instead of going to the lesson it linked to a web page of the song notation. I checked another song, China Grove and it is doing the exact same thing. I have never had that happen in all my years of using the app. 

Are you aware of this issue?

I love the app are there any plans to update it in the future? Can you let me know when this issue is resolved?

I've submitted this to our tech folks. I think these sorts of bugs are addressed all at once in major app updates. By the way, are you on iOS or Android?

The same thing keeps happening to me I thought it was something Id done every time I click on a lesson in the app it takes me to my web browser giving me just the music notation

Is there any timing on the fix Carl? No problem using the website in the time being. However, I would say the app needs an overhaul. Is the team working on revamping it all?

This issue is very annoying, and definitely killing the mood when trying to do anything in the app. Every time you move to the next chapter it will open the browser and now one has to change back to the app and it start again.

Are there updates on the fix?

This is still happening. The app is basically useless at this point which I don’t like because I like some features on the app that are not available in the online site. I am using an iPad.

Am I right to assume no progress has been made to fix the issue at this point? Could someone at GT provide an update or timing when this will be addressed. Thanks so much.

Hey Michael, unfortunately, there's no release date set. The updates to the app are done in larger batches. The programmers have been alerted about this bug, and it should be straightened out in the next release. Thanks for your patience with this!
