When to move on

Keep going forward in the lessons to learn new skills and ideas and stay motivated. But also make time to keep practicing the previous material until it's second nature. This is the nature of learning a musical instrument, it requires a lot of repetitious practice and going back over the same things until they become gradually more automated.
Keep practicing! Hope that helps!

I think you should move on to Level 2. I felt the same way after finishing Level 1, but learning new lessons actually helped me improve, and I continued reviewing the basics along the way.
One option would be to go through the other Fundamentals 1 courses. There are three tracks available, and each is slightly different with good tips and tricks.
That being said, I went through the same decision recently. My left hand is not up to par with where I wanted it to be, despite hours and hours of daily practice. I was getting bored with that, so I moved on to Fundamentals 2. I have not yet hit a lesson that I should not be attempting with my current skill level, and it feels good to progress.
