Its was not hard to learn the first two positions of major chords, but I need to know how to keep these chords engraved and what order is best to learn the rest of the chords such as minor, major and minor 7th, etc. I play blues/ blues rock and learning the chords seems like a mountain to climb. Thank you

What exactly are you calling the first two positions of major chords? Typically guitarists learn open position chords, then barre chords (frequently along with power chords). After they can play songs in time using all those typically chords the next level is to use small voiced triads & diads across the fretboard.
It sounds like this might be where your skill & knowledge level is. The next step would be learn how to use small voicings all over the fretboard in the specific genre/style that you want to play.
Are you currently working through the Blues or Rock courses?
You might find this tutorial on chord theory helpful to get an overview of where you are are & what you need to work on next.

As a practical example of what to work on for developing your blues rhythm playing you should definitely check out the blues course. If you are just looking for something to started with right away, then you can find a bunch of helpful tutorials on the blues style page.

It's organized by skill level. So you should at least look at the beginner material & see if you can do it or if you need to work through it. if you can do all of that, then you'll definitely find great material to improve your blues rhythm playing starting the the intermediate level material. Like this great one that Anders did on shell voicings for blues.

Again, if that one is beyond you at the moment, then just go back through the earlier ones.
If you are looking for more of a complete overview of how to visualize the fretboard, then my tutorial on CAGED for Rhythm Guitar might be helpful.

And if you are looking for a deep dive into triads, then this collection of tutorials covers all possible major & minor triads across the guitar, how to view them, play them & practice them with a bunch of backing tracks.

It does seem like big mountain to climb. But any mountain has to climbed one step at a time. And once you get going it surprising how much mileage you'll get out of one particular chord voicing or shape. The most important thing is to get started! So, dive into the blues course or one of those tutorials linked above & let me know if that helps or if you have more questions.
Best of success!
