Being indespensable and self promotion hesitation
Ive taken the initiative and am working on gaining strong bass skills.Theres gonna be a lot of blisters along the way.I never plan to change to a "bassist".I'll never forget this guy who said its all about bass and drums...and not guitar.Music(good music anyway)is guitar drivin.

Yep, swapping to bass hurts like hell for the first couple of months (longer scales fatter strings) but you will get used to it!

i went the other way, form bass to guitar, and i found the higher strings (e,B,G) to be quite painful, mainly because they are small and really dig into the finger.
