Depending on how strong your foundational skills are, you might go straight to the SONGS section, or SONGS MADE EASY section, and see how you do playing some songs that you know and like.

If you discover that your skills are rusty, or lack some of the "basics", then I'd suggest you select one of the Guitar Fundamentals Courses, which are designed for total beginners. You may be able to skip around and skip ahead some, but Fundamentals will help you make sure your guitar-habits and general  understanding of the instrument are in good shape.

There is a Guitar Fundamentals course created by Anders Mouridsen, and one created by me. We have slightly different teaching styles, so check them out and see which resonates with you the best.

Hope this helps a little - and once again, welcome!

Thank you Lisa,

I have begun the course by Anders.  So far, I am enjoying it and looking forward to picking up the guitar on most days.  Some days only a few minutes, and others for up to 30 minutes.  I am really determined to keep it up this time.  Thanks for the message and encouragement.
