Hello, how goes it ? I was in the process of covering a song "Orion" By Metallica, when the pickups on my guitar went out on me. You Can reach me on AIM at: JohnChrist81 or post back here.

Pickups went out on you? Do you realize how rare it is for pickups to suddenly 'die'? Sure, they slowly lose the magnetic field, but to just.......Die!?

Have you switched amps? What kind of guitar are you using?

I'm sorry to accuse this, but is it possible that you can't play the last few solos on the song, and want someone to do it for you?

Hahah,I am using a Samick Guitar, let me explain a little more, sorry my explaination was a bit vague, basically what happened was the springs behind the pickups, one of them bent & so the pickup is touching the strings. I have tried a few adjustments to no avail. I am seriously broke, or i'd go buy some new springs or get it fixed or what have you. I worked hard to get this cover completed, i am just frustrated & figured someone here might be up to a little fun & willing to help me out, yes i can play the solos i need...

That is totally different than your pickups dying, not even close. Is it under warranty? Do you have any friends that play guitar? You don't need someone 2,000 miles away to do the work for you.
