Does anyone else like Blink-182?

I feel stupid with everyone dissing my favorite band.. :( Is there anyone else out there that likes Blink-182?

I only like one of their songs,"Stay Together for the Kids" But otherwise, they suck.

Long answer: HELL NO!

Blink 182 is OK...some there songs are sort of on the boring/unintersting side but i like the song 'First Date'...there is certainly alot worse music out there, so Blink 182 is OK especially compared to some of the other bulls**t punk today (Good Charlotte, punk? PSHT yea rite!)...but im into other things

o yea and i think that people that bash people's opinions like b_hoves just did are acting like stupid s**theads...i mean blink is OK there not so bad that you have to say things like that....b_hoves: i bet there are types of music u lyk but other people dont lyk so much...how would u lyk it if i said **** you the music you listen to sucks you ****in s**thead...u wouldnt lyk it now would you?....

if sayin NO!/HELL NO! is bashing thne isnt calling some of there stuff boring/uninteresting bashing the band? perosnally i dont like them and thats all i gotta say

someones a bit pissed off, man i don't care if people don't like the music i like, i like it so who cares what other people say.
he asked for the opinions of the people on this forum, and so i posted my opinion.
i'm not trying to stop him form listening to blink, i'm just saying that i personly don't like them, well more like i really don't like them.
when in my very short post did i ever swear at blink182fan?
or call him a s**thead for liking blink.

One good thing I could say about Blink is they are funny, like in the video when they're riding mopeds. That was halarious, but music wise I don't like them at all. I got a chance to see them live before they got all big, right before budda and they were horrible. Out of tune, out of sync, but yeah funny.

I agree man.

I think they're fun to listen to on certain occasions. I'm not much of a Blink 182 buff, but I know just a few weeks ago my friends and I were driving around when on the radio comes "All the Small Things." We all just start sing a long which was akward, because we're not exactally the Blink 182 type people. Yet, we knew all the words. So on some odd occasion they came be okay, but the singers voice is kind of... well very annoying. I think its cool you like them though.

Not cool but whatever. Not that you are a metal head or whatever but I tend to get that reaction from people who like metal.... which is undertandable because I have the same reaction to metal.. I cringe when I hear it...like nails on a chalkboard to me..but I do repects people's opinions of it.

By the way, I'm a chick! It bugs me when people refer to me as a guy. I'm sure it would too if I refered to you as a girl. Keep that in mind! Not being rude, just correcting you! :)

I figured you were a girl, but I'm a girl and I can figure these things. Its the whole connection or something.... I don't know.

Another thing and I'm not trying to bash you for liking Blink 182, I have alot of friends that like them and they're like family to me. But what's funny about "all the small things" is the main riff of that song is the bridge to strung out's radio suicide. I believe it's that song. Not just the riff but the drum part, the bass line, the guitar part, and the vocal melody. To me, in my opinion, I lose alot of respect for a band when that happens. And believe me Blink knew. I mean it's ok if you take a riff idea or rhythm but not the entire thing. Some bands that I actually like in that style are New Found Glory (although i think they do better covers than originals), but still a good band and I got a chance to talk to the one guitarist at a show and he was pretty cool. Sum 41 isn't that bad, and bands like Less than Jake and the Ataries (san dimas is a classic).

Well, hey, if it helps...I like other bands than Blink.... I like All-American Rejects, Sum 41, and Trapt's-Headstrong.. but Blink is still rad.

dude Sum 41 i lyk more than Blink becuz they are more Rock but still mod punk just isnt my thing (hey at least u dont try to ShoW oFf Yo BliNg BliNG yAlL)

i lyk retro punk alot more (ie Sex Pistols, Ramones, and Nirvana) there ALOT better
