Much this depends on what style you want to play.  The style courses will show you how gradually learn to play rhythm & lead guitar ideas all over the guitar as applies to the context of the style: acoustic, blues, country, rock.

If you are looking for more generalized idea (non-style specific) of how to start playing all over all fretboard, then these tutorials on CAGED will be a great place to start.

CAGED For Rhythm Guitar

CAGED For Lead Guitar

And this collection of tutorials on improvisation will show you how to apply those ideas in a musical way.

Finally this collection of tutorials is aimed at learning all the possible major & minor triads & inversions across the fretboard.

Let me know if any of that helps or you need more specific guidance.
