Of course it's worth it. You'll learn more guitar in a month with Guitar Tricks than you would playing by yourself in a year. GT has everything you need to be a complete musician from learning music theory to triads to their great core lesson courses (Blues, Country, Acoustic, Rock). In addition, you can learn how to use a whammy bar, bending techniques as well as other techniques that the pro's use, etc. The Artist Studies (AC/DC, the Kings, Billy Gibbons, etc) are also awesome. When you get to the songs, you learn the song accurately and complete and in the correct keys. So, in my humble opinion, cough up the 100 bucks and start learning but remember, you get back what you put in. It's hard work to be consistent.
