Are there lessons on GT that work with raking?

Oh, they do have a couple of lessons on how to rack. You won’t exactly do it in the main focus, but some of the rhythm guitar or advanced picking lessons will have it. Not sure if you will need to spend sometime on this but definitely worth a look if you're trying to get that technique down!
