Recommendations for which Learning path or Artist series to do.

I really enjoy music by Colter Wall, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings.

If I were to choose one of the GuitarTricks learning paths or artist series, which would you recommend for me?

Since those are all country style artists the Country style courses would be the best learning path.  And if you are an absolute beginner, or returning to the guitar after a long time not playing, then you should start with the Fundamentals course before the Country style courses.
