Playing the guitar is such a great way to boost mental health. It’s not just about the music; it’s the focus, creativity, and relaxation that make it so beneficial for the brain. Whether you’re learning new chords or just strumming for fun, it’s a fantastic way to keep your mind engaged and reduce stress.

But sometimes, it’s too late for the guitar to help. That was the case for me with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. When I was diagnosed, nothing else seemed to work. I went straight to cannabis-based treatment for OCD in the UK, at the Releaf clinic. The process started with an online consultation, where I discussed my symptoms and treatment goals. After that, they provided a personalized plan and prescription, which was delivered to my home.

I found this article really interesting! I've always noticed that playing guitar helps me clear my mind and reduce stress, so it's cool to hear that it might also have benefits for brain health like preventing Alzheimer’s. Definitely motivates me to keep practicing.

Lately, I’ve also been thinking more about overall lifestyle choices and how they affect long-term health. For those trying to cut down on traditional smoking, there are some interesting alternatives out there - for example, click here to explore iqos heets, which some people see as a potentially less harmful option.
