Custom Guitar Plan - where is it?

I submitted the survey a week ago for the custom plan and have not yet received it.  When and how should I expect to receive it?

If you have completed your survey, please check your purchases and downloads section which can be located under the account tab. It typically takes an instructor around 2-5 business days to complete your plan. 

It was about a week or so before I received mine, which is reasonable given the personal attention and time of the instructor.  Well worth it.  Love the GT lessons.
