Hi all;

I have always loved everything guitar, so at 63, I decided to learn guitar as a fun way of wiring new brain connections, and building muscle memory, new motor skills, and hand strength. It has become so much more than that. I joined GT in February, and I've finished Anders' Level 1 fundamentals and just started Lisa's Level 2 course. Glad to be here.

Hi David,

So delighted you are here with us, and especially happy to have you ‘in class’ in my Fundamentals 2 course!

63 is a perfect age to learn guitar - for FUN, and, for all the other tangible benefits you mention in your post.
Besides these tangible benefits, how else has learning guitar had an effect on you?
Just curious!

Have fun, play on, - Lisa

Welcome, 62 here, and about a year in with GuitarTricks, loving it so far.  I did Anders and Lisa's level 1 classes as well.  Both are different and very well done, glad I did them both.
