Hi All,

I'm Frank Rath. I started my guitar playing journey here about four years ago after buying my first electric guitar at the ripening age of 51. Over the past two years I've committed at least one hour per day to playing/practicing/learning the guitar. My progress is slow but I'm having fun and encouraged to keep going. My mid-range goal is to perform at a local open mic night within the next twelve months...by July 1, 2025. Soaking it all in and looking forward to sharing what I've learned so far and learning more from each of you.

Hey Frank, that's awesome to hear! It's never too late to start something you're passionate about, and dedicating that hour a day shows real commitment. Slow progress is still progress, and enjoying the journey is what it's all about. Performing at an open mic sounds like a fantastic goal, and you've got a solid plan laid out. Keep strumming and soaking it all in – looking forward to hearing about your journey and seeing you up on that stage!
