I played guitar in my teens and twenties, but life intervened and I mostly let it fall to the wayside. Due to positive career, family & other life shifts, I have more free time & more energy than I've ever had so I decided it was time to give it another shot. Have been making my way through the Fundamentals courses and practicing a lot every day. Surprised to find it's more fun this time around!
I've got eclectic music tastes, so just sampling everything, learning everything. The town I live in has a pretty strong little music scene, with lots of backyard concert gatherings & spontaneous opportunities to play with others. I'm looking forward to gaining the confidence I need to join in on the fun!
