Hi Ben, I wanted to provide a little more feedback on the GT Brand experience. As I mentioned the instructors do an outstanding job of communicating with members. However there are many other aspects of how GT communicates with members that detract from the experience. Case in point, a few days ago I took advantage of the Fathers Day offer to renew for another year. I received no confirmation of my order or any communication about how to access the bonus material that came with the offer. I even checked my junk mail to no avail. I still have no idea whether the extra year was added to my subscription.
I care about the future of GT and believe you have an opportunity to significantly improve your customer experience. I don’t say this lightly as I have spent nearly 30 years working as a Brand Strategy and Customer Experience consultant.
