E-bow, for those who don't know is a neat little device which picks up the vibration of a string electromagnetically (like a pick up does) and uses a power supply and a transistor to produce a magnetic field which makes the string vibrate. This way the string sustains until the battery runs out. Great for legato and provides a whole new range of tones, some like violin, some like flute, some harmonica like.
