As a constructive suggestion, why can’t GT add a field in the ‘description’ section, indicating the expiry date of the licence or add an ‘expiring soonest’ filter to the master song list?

An answer would be nice GT admin……

GT might think that the methods already in use—such as email, the website, or in-app notifications—are adequate for informing consumers of the license expiration date. They can use the channels of information that are already available to prioritize rather than adding a new field to the description.

It would also demonstrate better transparency from the GT administration team and show that they are listening to community feedback.

I think it's simply a matter of

A: It never occurred to them

&

B: "they" (whomever is steering this ship) ...aren't prioritizing site functionality in general.

(which is why the site as a whole is outdated)

(Which is extremely shortsighted)
