I have an old (1976) Ampeg VT-22 2X12" combo. It weighs 97 pounds. I also have a Garnet full stack 8x12" (a pair of 4x12" cabs). There are wheels on both cabs, but they're big as well as being heavy.

This particular amp is plenty loud enough on it's own. If you reaaly want to make it louder, you'd be better off micing the combo to the sound board. I'm selling the full stack - it's kinda fun, watching my shirt flapping in the breeze, but after a while, it just isn't what I need.
