Hi Chris, after the survey is completed, the plan will be sent to you in 2-5 business days. We were out for two days for Veterans Day last week so there may be an additional delay. Please keep an eye out in your junk/spam folder as well.

If you ordered a Personalized Lesson Plan then you should receive one within a few days. Follow the path/advice in the plan and reach out to me if you have any questions. It's also advisable to schedule a live '1 on 1' online lesson with me to make sure you are on the right track, playing things the correct way, and answer any questions you have.
