Can anyone relate to fretting hand or wrist injury such as strains my wrist hands have been shaking for days due to excessive practice on guitar particularly doing a lot of string bends. If so do you have any advice I'm not in much pain don't feel I need medical treatment but the shakes are not subsiding yet. Please help!

Definitely take a rest! You don't want to injure yourself while practicing. Take another look at how you are holding the instrument, how it's resting on your body, and what angle your wrists are at when playing guitar. If any issues continue, contact a health professional.

I have a similar problem. After a long time of learning a new composition, my little ones start shaking and it doesn’t even go away if I don’t play for two weeks! What can you recommend? Isn't it time for me to see a doctor?

I can relate. I'm in my 60s and have wrist pain in both but my fretting hand is the worst. I bought a wrist support strap that wraps around my wrist. I wrap it up snuggly and it helps a lot.
