I personally like SRV and VanHalen a lot...but the other guitarist that my style has been influenced by is that dude from the Scorpions...kinda weird, you know? But hey, to each his own.
If I could be a solo...I think I'd be Eruption...

My influences would have to be EVH for sure and probably Michael Angelo. Eddie is the reason I picked up the guitar and Michael Angelo is just plain good.

Sometimes I hit notes only dogs can hear.

i´m still in search for my very own style .. i have a few things that make a good start for a style, but i havent realy fonud it yet.

i have no guitar-hero. since i first picked up the guitar i have played alot of stuf by alot of differnt guitarrists. i guess they all influenced me in some way. right now i´m trying to put more feel and personality in my play. at the moment i´m listening much to players like jeff beck for i think their play encapsulates an incredible amount of expression. i´m not so in search for the perfect tone - that comes with time and IMO comes from the fingers rather than from an effectsboard.

go to jeff beck, play with his guitar trough his setup - you simply wont sound like jeff beck. its all in the fingers

The reason I picked up an electric guitar in 1980-
Edward Van Halen. Then I got the first Yngwie Rising Force record..then I heard Vinnie Moores Minds Eye, then Time Oddessy came out and I was hooked..
Other influences that are evident in my playing are:
Pat Metheny
Tony MacAlpine
Al Dimeola
Paul Gilbert
George Lynch
Steve Morse
