you can get a Randy RHoads 3 for about the price of the ones you mentioned. i'm a big fan of jacksons, but i don't really have much good to say about the DXMG i own. the quality is fine, but the sound isn't great. you really need to go to a guitar store and play them yourself
To improve technique and of course trying to keep all as clean as possible. I know my own limits and speed limits and so on I never play anything I'm not capable of. That wouldn't make any sense. After three years of playing I tried to play everything as fast as possible and that sounded, I would say, like shit, and I didn't realize that if I'd play bit slower things than I was capable of playing then everything would sound much better.

Nonsense!
I order you to go to http://www.guitarasylum.com and check out there selection.Look at the KVX10...drool..then buy!
If you want somthing with a floyd check out Musicians Friend and take a glance at the crimson swirl Kelly model or RRv model.A mid range Dinky would rock too...lots of finish options on the mid range Dinky(flames e.c.t).

If you prowl the used gear sections of every guitar shop you can get to, you will eventually find an axe that feels like it was made for you.

im sure it looks better in reality i just dont like the shape..how it looks makes alot of the guitar...if i dont like the shape then y would i buy it..the shape gives it a perosnality(atleast to me) sorta like the tone of a guitar.. some guitars have diff tones than other that people like or dont like.

Go for what YOU like.Jackson makes quality guitars and I doubt you'll find one that "sucks",but for the money your going to spend you should be happy with it without compremise.Simply go for somthing you think sounds awsome, looks awsome,plays/feels awsome and has a reliable reputation(by which I mean wont sh*t the bed).If the dkmg is somthing youve been drooling over and really want(like me and my schecter stealth)then go for it!Just know exactly what your paying for.Go to harmonycentral.com and check out reviews of the guitars your considering(assuming you cant play every guitar your considering at your local music shop).

Man if you are gonna buy a Jackson now, you might as well by a Fender, same thing now...
But if you want a REAL Jackson, not just the hyped up toy, check Ebay for a San Dimas Jackson Soloist, or I will sell you mine for an ASTRONOMICAL price... Better yet, a San Dimas Charvel....
NOW that I made all the true gearheads drool uncontrolably, I think nowadays the only one I would really waste my money on would be the Phil Collen model (AAAAAAAAA+ top with root beer stain and gold hardware)

I haven't had the pleasure of getting my hands on one...yet. They are still built overseas though as far as I know, but I could be wrong. One of these days, I will get ahold of one. I have seen them way cheap on evilbay. Been thinking about bidding on one, but was afraid it just wouldn't compare to my original....
