I have a new guitar and the pickups are junk. It is a Jackson PS-3T Rhoads. It has junk Jackson hummers, I want to replace them with Seymour Duncans or Dimarzios. I don't want EMGs cause I don't want to mess with batteries and all of that. Could someone please recommend pickups to help me get a good Rhoads or heavier sound? I am going to get a new bridge and neck pickup.

I'm not quite sure what Randy used, but if you decide to go with Dimarzio you can't go wrong. Just go to their website and they have specs on every pickup. Choose which one suites your needs and you're set. BTW - The site is http://www.DiMarzio.com, in case you didn't know.
Ain't nothin' but a Gear thang, baby!

You'd probably like the SH-6 Duncan Distortion or the Invader.
The DiMarzio Tone Zone pickup is spectacular.
