I'm an intermedieate guitar player, and i'm looking to replace my cheap squier that i started out on. I've decided on a Jackson DKMG, but i can't decide how to buy it. The nearest guitar store to where i live is about 2.5 hours away, and i don't have a license. Both samedaymusic.com and musiciansfriend.com have the same price as at the store, but they also have the color i want. I was wondering if it is a good idea to order a guitar online? I've heard that they don't all come from the factory the same and you should only buy one that you've tried out in a store. Its 600 bucks, so i don't want to screw up. Let me know what you think.
