I too would go for the Boss, and stay away from the Zoom.
Although I havent tried the 2nd version, I really did'nt like
the 1st, so Im staying clear of zoom.

Stay away from Zoom , and think of Boss GT-6 .

Of the FOUR models you listed , I think the best should be the ax1500g (I'm only not familiar with the rp300).
