Whats a good cheep amp
whats a good map under 500? im looking for something with alot of sound....(enough to play gigs with)....im just having a hard time finding a cheap one..any suggestions

When you're on a tight budget, you should spend some time poking aound in the used gear sections of as many music stores as you can get to.

My first amp was a little Gorilla. It was between 100-200 bucks. Man that thing could pack some power and my friend used it for some live gigs also. One of my friends who is learning how to play guitar bought a Rogue. I love the tone that thing has on it and it came with some nice effects on it. I think that is also in the range of 100-200.
