Your talking about perfect (absolute)pitch?? Ive written tons of posts about it. but here's a program that does what your describing.

Start of with just the fifth octave, and the first 2 notes of the A major scale. A and B, build up one by one after you get 90% test score with 200 questions. Once you get that then do all the other notes, and once you get those. put them together. Finish and you have absolute pitch recognition and discrimination.

Embrace yourself cause learning how to recognize all 12 notes takes alot of patience but it is possible regardless of what many may say.
