Generalizations like that are silly, and yeah, I'm not the first person to point that out, but anyway, do you actually know what your talking about?
Weather is not indicative to the crappiness of a country, and every country has good and bad music. And wether music is good or bad is in the eye of the beholder. Maybe you don't like Indie or Dance, but some people probably do, and they probably also think Britan is a pretty nice place.
And it doesn't rain all the time either.
