HELP

I have a zoom GFX707mk2.... and was wondering if any of you folks have heard the effect from Joe Satriani's Crystal Planet, Lights of Heaven at the begining, if yes could you possibly help me to create this effect on this pedal ?

i hate to give you the bad news buddy but the first thing you need to do is get the biggest sledge hammer you can find then get your zoom pedal and just destroy it cause zoom pedals just suck then try and find out what effects joe uses if thats the tone you want

yeah dude, sorry to burst your bubble, but Zoom sucks.

As a general rule, if it's made out of plastic, it's ****. And i'm gonna take a guess and say that your zoom (like most zoom's) is made of plastic.

I'm guessing he uses a Boss...Seems right to me.

I've heard-of/witnessed similar deals before too :D ... These blink182 kids are may be hard to find among your friends , but if you searched a little harder , you'll definately find some !

hahahaha ive done something similar to that myself. one day there were a group of kids talking about blink,about the guitars they use are the best and this and that. i happened to own the cheapest squire ever made with the oversized headstock,so i took them over my house so one can check it out and i was telling him this is the same exact guitar the guy uses. he was like it is it even has the big top thing were the strings go and then he poped the question"how much will you sell it for" and i said "well sence you guys are pretty cool ill give it up for $450" man that kid took off running home and in like 2 hours he was back with the cash hahahahahaha SUCKER!!!!
