Can anybody recomend me a decent product that i can clean my fretboard with please.

when you say lemon oil do you mean get a lemon and squeeze it and use the juice that comes out? or is lemon oil some thing you have to buy?

It's something you have to buy !

Also cleaning the strings frequently prevents dirt from collectig on your fretboard which is good.
