Crate MX120R: Opinions?

Is the Crate MX120R good? It's only $350 at the Friend, so is it worth it? How about sound? Any opinions out there? Tell me anything bad about it.

I am not sure about that specific model, but I had a Crate once and hated it. I didn't like the sound, it seemed very muffled. It was a solid state amp, I don't know if the one you are looking at is solid or tube.If its tube then I would really consider it.
