My neck is warped I think. At the 1st and 2nd fret, the strings will make a muffled, dragging noise, but I look down the neck, and it looks straight. Is there anything I can do to straighten it? Someone said turn the allen head on the end of the truss rod, but he also said that could break the truss bar and consequently break the neck. I didn't want to do that. He said to let a professional at like a guitar shop to do it. Any advice? It's really bugging me.

Make sure your guitar is in tune and turn it slightly. 1/16th of a turn at a time in the playing position. Give it a little time as it will not have an immediate effect, then check it.
Worst case you might need a new neck which are readily available at a few places:
http://www.vh-guitarstore.com
http://www.warmoth.com
These two places have the best prices. The first one will build anything you want very reasonable.
So. If you throw a cat out of a car window, is it considered "kitty litter"?

fret noise at the firs frets does not necessarily mean that the neck is warped. it can also be due to the frets themselves or to the bridge. i suggest you consult a guitarbuilder and ask him for help - he should be able to adjust it for a small amount of money

Thanks for the help guys. I turned it just a little bit, and it plays like new. Thanks again.
