Best slower solos?

one solo that i really like is the solo the new named band "audioslave" with the solo in " like a stone" when ever that song is on the only part in the song that i like is the solo cause it is damn out of it i want to know how slow solo's make you feel so mellowed out but then whilst speed solo's make you buzz out cause off the speed the notes are going at. In my band i like to play the range of solo's but none are like the solo's that i want it to sound like as for instance iron maiden's solo's
