They intervals are dependant upon the chord you are after if you were after a dominant 7th you could have some one sing the root note and some one else sing the 3er, some one else sing the 5th and some one else sing a flattened 7th. Apparently these intervals don’t have to be parallel i.e. you could have someone singing the octave above the root instead of the 3rd
