I guess it could've been .046's instead of .042's. I was sitting next to him when he changed them and remember that they were .042's but I didn't pay that much attention to it. BUT he bought a set of DR .009-.042's and that's when the bridge jumped up. He broke two of them and after that he took them all off, bought another set, this time D'Addarios and brought the guitar to me to setup. Funny
thing, you wouldn't think the bridge would behave like that,
