Building guitar cab?
I am the proud owner of a Hughes and Kettner Tubeman plus along with a quadraverb. I know it's old gear but I am old and love this stuff! It is amped by a Tubeworks 9250 and very creamy tones from this outfit. I wonder if anyone know what size a good sounding cab should be built at for housing a couple of original 62 greenbacks? Please help if you know how I should approach this. I want to build these from scratch. Specs would help. Oh yeah, I am going to run sterio no matter what....
Thanks

Welcome to Guitar Tricks, redhed62!
Most guitar cabs were built without being 'designed' for their compatability with the speakers in them. Most of the stacks were simply made to be impressive-looking. I gave one of our members some tips on how to tune a cab Click here. If you click the search icon at the top of the page, and type in "speakers" or "cabs" as the keyword, you'll find lots of info.
Good Luck,
L.
