Yeah, that´s right. Evryone plays with emotion otherwise they couldn´t play (our they could play but it would sound like a 2 years old kid is just hiting on guitar here and there).

I always find emotion in bending/slide and vibrato technique. But it´s damn hard to explain. That´s why I don´t think that shred is much of emotion, ´cause you ain´t got the time for things like this when you´re doing a 32-note run.
