You know, you guys are right. Slash may not be the fastest and he may not be the most emotional, but, there's just something about the way he plays, its unlike anything I've ever heard. It's just the way he writes his music, I mean the way he throws in bends and harmonics in the most awsome ways. He can take 4 notes, and bend them, and make them sound totally astounding, for example the harmonies in "Estranged", it's like he just cuts through all the other instruments with his guitar. I know overall Slash isn't the greatest guitarist, but to me, no one could ever top him.
