We can't claim that even the fastest shredheads like Michael Angelo can't play with emotion ... If somebody says so , then probably he just didn't understand that certain kind of music (no offense to anyone).

My two cents :
I don't think that Michael Angelo can make one of Slash solo's sound as good as Slash would do , and Slash can't make a Michael Angelo's solo sound as good as Angelo would do. (I don't just mean those two guys only of course)
