Pop-up epilepsy risk

Hi there, I should like it to be known that the latest pop-up could be a health risk to any epileptics visiting the site. Quite apart from that it's absolutely bloody awful! Can't someone please remove it?
If I couldn't laugh at myself how could I laugh at someone less ridiculous?

I think we discussed this topic often enough.

You can either have a free site with poopups (err.. popups). or you can have a pay site.

I never get pop-ups on this site, but on just about every other one I do.

Pop-up sucks, especially the stupid ones from this site, I know your trying to make money but get good companies at least.
