I want to start doing some recording on my computer, but I'm not sure how to go about doing this. I've tried Goldwave, but from what I've seen of it, it doesn't allow multiple layers. I want to be able to have a rhythm track, a drum track and a lead guitar track. Does anyone know of any programs that will allow you to do this? I know a great program called Acid, but it's too expensive.
